Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to stand up to 8 hours daily in a physically demanding environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to enforce safety rules and manage crowds.
• Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency response.

Responsibilities

• Monitor bounce house area to ensure safety and intervene when needed.
• Manage crowds and ensure adherence to safety rules.
• Assist guests with check-ins, waivers, fees, and information.
• Operate the register, process transactions, and issue receipts.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Provide clear safety instructions to guests of all ages.
• Respond to accidents or incidents following first aid protocols.
• Collaborate with staff to address guest questions promptly.
