Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Director of Marketing to create and implement a comprehensive marketing program for Stone Mountain Park and related properties. You will lead the marketing team, manage agencies, and act as the brand steward across all channels to boost attendance and revenue.

The role demands a marketing degree with MBA preferred, 6+ years in theme parks or entertainment, and strong leadership and communications skills. Long hours and weekend work are required as part of operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or Advertising.
• MBA desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual marketing plan for all park components.
• Lead integrated campaigns across paid media, digital, CRM, social media, partnerships, PR.
• Oversee brand management and ensure consistent messaging and visuals.
• Manage owned digital channels: websites, email, listings, social media.
• Analyze campaign performance, analytics, and ROI to optimize strategy.
• Lead internal staff and external agencies; coordinate cross-functional projects.
• Direct marketing support for festivals, attractions, memberships, lodging, golf, group sales.
