As a seasonal Park Maintenance Worker, you will performlight and heavy manual labor work in the maintenance of state park operations and outdoor recreation within Cowans Gap State Park Complex State Park. You will work independently, assist skilled trades workers, and function as a lead worker with manual work crews completing routine tasks. You will also use a variety of construction, grounds keeping, and maintenance equipment. This role requires performing minor repairs, routine grounds keeping, and custodial duties with considerable self-direction combined with the ability to review completed work. In addition, you will operate a two-way radio and assist park visitors and distribute information in a friendly helpful manner.
