Overview:

Job Status/Type: Full-time, year-round

Position Level: Mid-Level

Shift/Schedule Requirements: Ability to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on park attractions and facilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen appliances, pneumatics, and sequence controls.
• Work independently to resolve issues and collaboratively with other technicians for major repairs.
• Coordinate with other departments as needed.
• Report to the Maintenance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections and perform repairs.
• Repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, restaurant equipment, pumps, pneumatics, and electronic controls.
• Diagnose equipment issues and notify relevant departments for repairs.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe environment.
• Report major repairs to the Maintenance Manager.
• Maintain housekeeping in equipment areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of maintenance experience in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Technical training and certifications preferred (e.g., Journeyman electrician, A/C tech, journeyman plumber).
• Valid State Driver’s License and proof of insurance.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform physical tasks including climbing, lifting, working in various environmental conditions, and handling hazardous situations.
• Visual and auditory acuity required for operating machinery and performing trades.
• Exposure to outdoor weather conditions, noise, and potential hazards.
