Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge across multiple trades used for building and utility maintenance.
• Ability to operate, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry systems.
• Experience with water treatment processes and distribution is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain air conditioning and heating systems in historic and non-historic buildings.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, and carpentry systems park-wide.
