Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and 3–5 years maintenance experience.
• 1–3 years supervisory/management experience.
• Strong knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to maintenance staff.
• Oversee and coordinate equipment operations and maintenance records.
• Supervise campground landscaping and grounds maintenance projects.
• Perform complex carpentry tasks and ensure accurate dimensions and finishes.
• Maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment; request replenishments.
• Ensure buildings and grounds are cleaned and maintained daily; supervise janitorial tasks.
• Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on building systems and fixtures.
• Maintain parking areas and grounds; perform seasonal snow and ice tasks.
