Job summary

Guest Services, Inc. is hiring a General Manager for Cheaha State Park to oversee lodging, F&B, and operations. The role includes managing 33 rooms, event space, recreation, and related facilities to deliver exceptional guest experiences while meeting financial goals.

The General Manager will lead a team, manage staff and equipment, ensure safety, and drive company initiatives. Salary is $75,000 per year with relocation reimbursement possible.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s in Hospitality or Business preferred.
• At least 3 years of related management experience.
• Computer proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong customer service and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and direct daily operations across lodging, F&B, and services.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise the unit's management and staff.
• Maintain records and manage P&L and cash controls.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve customer issues while ensuring safety.
