Job summary

Urban Air University Heights is seeking a Park Lead to supervise daily operations, ensure safety, and promote a strong team culture in a dynamic indoor park environment. You will manage on-site staff, coordinate open/close procedures, and uphold maintenance and inventory controls while delivering excellent guest experiences.

The role requires a high school diploma (some college preferred), prior supervisory experience, and strong communication and conflict management skills.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a supervisor-level role.
• Proven conflict management skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations.
• Ability to work nights and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the Park on specified weekdays and weekends.
• Promote team culture throughout the Park (both employees and customers).
• Monitor on-site staff.
• Monitor proper maintenance and inventory of the Park and its equipment.
• Promote safety for employees and customers.
