Job summary

Urban Air Adventure Parks is seeking a Park Lead to oversee daily operations, open and close shifts, and promote a strong team culture in our Washington location. You will ensure guest satisfaction, manage on-site staff, and coordinate with maintenance to keep equipment ready for action-packed experiences.

The ideal candidate has prior supervisor-level experience, excellent communication, and a willingness to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; some college preferred.
• Prior supervisor-level experience.
• Proven conflict management skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Ability to work nights and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the Park on specified weekdays and weekends
• Promote team culture throughout the Park (both employees and customers)
• Monitor on-site staff
• Monitor proper maintenance and inventory of the Park and its equipment
• Promote safety for employees and customers
