Job summary

National Experienced Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced Enrollee to support the National Park Service's Experienced Services Program at Andrew Johnson National Cemetery in Greenville, TN. The position pays $22.09 per hour for 25 hours per week and is funded for up to 700 total hours (temporary enrollment).

The role includes mentoring interns, performing grounds maintenance tasks, mowing, trimming, trail upkeep, and safety briefings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of grounds maintenance experience or a HS/GED degree.
• Able to work independently and with park staff, volunteers and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train interns and volunteers; lead landscape projects.
• Mow and trim grass around cemetery; trim hedges as needed.
• Maintain trails and grounds; repair signs and surfaces as required.
• Ensure safety with PPE; inspect equipment and provide safety briefs.
