Job summary

Six Flags Entertainment Corporation is seeking a Field Painter to maintain the Park appearance and contribute to structural upkeep. The ideal candidate will have basic painting knowledge, a HS diploma (or equivalent), a Valid CA Driver's License, and the ability to work at heights over 100 feet and in varied conditions while maintaining safety at all times.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of painting operation

• Ability to work in varied conditions

Responsibilities

• Painting and maintain all rides and structures throughout the property
• Filling nail holes, cracks, and joints with putty or plaster
• Applying prime and finish coats of paint (water base, oil base, epoxies, urethanes and stains)
• Graffiti removal as needed
• Help with set-up of safety equipment, such as scaffolding, ladders, swing states and safety belts, in order to perform tasks above ground level
