Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, maintenance and logistics of state-owned facilities.
• Schedule maintenance, manage facility use and coordinate with contractors.
• Ensure safety, compliance with OSHA, ADA and environmental regulations.
• Track facility issues and coordinate with maintenance teams or contractors for fixes.
• Supervise staff: hiring, assigning work, evaluating performance.
• Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment; assist in budget tracking.
• Coordinate facility reservations and access control; support emergency plans.
