Job summary

City of Lincolnton is seeking a part-time grounds maintenance worker to perform a variety of tasks across city parks, cemetery, and facilities. Duties include operating mowing equipment, minor repairs, painting, and assisting with special program setups.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform general grounds maintenance in parks, cemetery, and city property.
• Repair and maintain park equipment and buildings; paint facilities.
• Perform minor plumbing, masonry, carpentry and electrical tasks.
• Operate mowing equipment, tractors, weed eaters, and hand tools.
• Open/close parks, restock supplies, and assist in room setups.
