Job summary

Water Country is seeking a Park Services Lead to oversee facility upkeep, supervise the park service team, and ensure safety and cleanliness across all areas. You will backfill team roles as needed and participate in new-hire orientation.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of park service or housekeeping experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong English skills. Evening/weekend hours and NH employment laws compliance are required.

Qualifications

• High School education preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.
• 1+ year of Park Service, grounds, or housekeeping experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Maintain upkeep of all facilities including restrooms, buildings, and midways.
• Assist with daily placement, break rotations, inventory, incentives and documentation.
• Supervise park service team and mentor staff.
• Ensure schedules, timekeeping, and sign-in sheets are accurate.
