Responsibilities

• Performs daily inspections of all assigned Park properties and facilities.
• Establishes priority maintenance needs and forwards to Crew Supervisor for consideration.
• Prepares season opening and closing for each area.
• Responsible for carrying out all janitorial duties in all Park facilities and restrooms to Parks and Recreation expectations.
• Maintains and updates rental schedules and agendas with Parks Office.
