Job summary

The City of Webster’s Public Works Department seeks a reliable Equipment Operator to support the Parks Maintenance Crew by operating excavation equipment, tractors, boom mower, field groomer and trencher. This role includes guiding other employees to ensure safe, efficient work supporting park beautification and functionality.

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience is required, with 3 years preferred. A Texas CDL Driver's License and Equipment Operator Certification are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience required.
• 3 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Parks Maintenance Crew through operation of excavation equipment, tractors, boom mower, field groomer, trencher and other equipment.
• Provide direction to other employees.
• Contribute to beautification and park functionality.
