The City of Midland, TX is seeking a Parks Maintenance Worker to operate equipment and perform groundskeeping across city facilities.
You will mow, trim, aerate, prepare ballfields, maintain irrigation, and assist with building projects. Strong communication and ability to read manuals are essential; a CDL is required for driving heavy equipment.
This is a full-time position with occasional overtime and report submission to the supervisor.
Operates equipment related to the construction and maintenance of parks department facilities.

Ability to read operator's manuals and work orders. Skill in the operation of equipment such as tractors, mowers, trimmers, dump trucks, backhoes and other concrete and carpentry tools.
High school diploma or equivalent plus one to three years of experience. Valid Texas CDL driver's license required.
