Job summary

Xanterra Travel Collection is seeking a full-time Electrician at Mammoth Hot Springs, Yellowstone, to oversee electrical systems in diverse facilities. The role requires testing, maintenance, and repair with on-call availability; a Journeyman/Master Electrician license and NEC knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Journeyman, Master Electrician, or Electrical Contractor license.
• Demonstrated expertise with the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to mentor and train maintenance staff.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and Maximo.
• Knowledge of NEC, OSHA, NFPA and NEMA standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation, testing, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
• Assist with opening/closing of park facilities and provide on-call support.
• Track and report work using CMMS and logs.
• Use tools and materials safely and efficiently for work orders.
• Develop and provide electrical safety training for staff.
• Review electrical designs for code compliance and operability.
• Coordinate with stores and procurement to maintain inventory.
• Contribute to PMs and procedures improvement.
• Ensure installations meet codes and best practices.
