Xanterra Travel Collection is hiring an Electrician for Yellowstone National Park. The role covers inspection, troubleshooting, repair, installation, and preventive maintenance of electrical systems across hospitality operations including lodging, dining, and retail locations.

The position is full-time and year-round with a typical schedule of 40 hours per week; excellent benefits and the chance to work in a premier national park setting are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in commercial, industrial, or hospitality electrical maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
• Ability to work independently with multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of NEC and safe electrical practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, repair, installation, testing, and preventive maintenance of electrical systems in various facilities.
• Diagnose and repair distribution systems, panels, motors, and controls.
• Install and maintain interior and exterior lighting, emergency lighting, and sensors.
• Read electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Ensure installations meet NEC, OSHA, NFPA, and park requirements.
• Coordinate with stores and purchasing for parts and inventory.
• Document maintenance in CMMS and work orders.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to maintenance staff.
