Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, food service, or hospitality experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and attentive service to guests in our dining facilities, helping create a positive and welcoming experience.
• Take guest food and beverage orders and serve meals in accordance with established dining room procedures and service standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including assigned dining sections and workstations, to provide a safe and inviting environment for guests and coworkers.
• Obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky STAR certification (Server Training in Alcohol Regulations).
• Assist with other duties as needed to support efficient restaurant and park operations.
