The City of Muskogee, through the Papilion at Honor Heights Park, is seeking seasonal Papilion Support Personnel to greet visitors, provide information, conduct tours, and assist with facility programs and rentals. The role requires availability for day, night, weekend and some holiday shifts.
You will operate the POS system, handle daily deposits, restock merchandise, maintain cleanliness, and support garden and landscape tasks.
To work as support personnel in the indoor and outdoor areas of the Papilion at Honor Heights Park for the City of Muskogee, Parks and Recreation Department. This is a temporary seasonal position. Applicants must be available for day, night, weekend, some holiday shifts, and irregular hours.
Papilion Support Personnel reports directly to the Papilion Operations Manager and the Papilion Operations Assistant Manager. Papilion Support Personnel have no direct reports or supervisory responsibilities.
Physical Requirements: Employees are frequently required to walk, stand, sit, talk and hear. The employee must use hands and fingers, handle objects and concession equipment, minor tools or controls, and reach with hands and arms. The employee may occasionally need to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Occasional lifting, pulling, pushing and/or moving of heavy items and equipment may be required. Vision, speech, hearing and feeling are sufficient to perform essential tasks. Punctuality and reasonable attendance are essential. Must submit to drug screening and a fitness-to-work physical exam. Working Environment: Indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions; exposure to wet, hot, cold and/or humid conditions. Requires ability to work days, nights, weekends, holidays and irregular hours.
