Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred and 2+ years in hospitality or customer-facing roles with leadership experience.
• Ability to supervise staff, including scheduling part-time employees.
• Experience in hospitality or community settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead The Park Ranger team to oversee daily park operations.
• Represent Traders Point culture in The Park environment.
• Train, schedule, and supervise park staff.
• Recruit and hire park rangers and volunteers.
• Manage social media updates and guest communications.
• Coordinate with campus teams on space use and events.
• Develop staffing plans including volunteers or partners.
• Ensure safety, welcoming atmosphere, and incident reporting.
