Job summary

Alterra Mountain Company’s Mammoth Mountain resort in California is seeking an experienced supervisor to oversee all areas of Unbound Park grooming, ensuring features are built to plan and within budget. You will coordinate builds with the Unbound Manager and Park Cat Manager for contests, photo shoots and public parks, and assist in scheduling Park Cat operators.

This role requires strong communication and leadership, plus the ability to stay within constraints.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent experience.
• Must have 2 years riding at a high level.
• Must have 3-4 years of snow cat experience.
• 1-2 years management experience required.
• Good communication, organizational and problem-solving skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all areas of Unbound Park grooming.
• Coordinates builds with Unbound Manager and Park Cat Manager for contests, photo shoots and public parks.
• Assists with scheduling of all Park Cat operators with Park Cat Manager.
• Able to remain within budgetary restraints. Builds and maintains all features.

Hourly Pay Rate: $35.58 - $42.44
