Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of bakery ingredients.
• Ability to follow bakery recipes and production guidelines.
• Operate equipment such as mixers, ovens, proofer boxes.
• Capable of night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Able to pass drug tests as required by policy.
• Able to pass a background check if age 18+.

Responsibilities

• Conducts all baking and pastry production, including scaling, measuring, traying, rolling, baking, cooling, freezing, and finishings.
• Adheres to recipes and production guidelines, meeting all production requirements.
• Directs activities of Assistant Bakers and Bakery Cleaning Assistants.
• Maintains inventories and counts of ingredients, and establishes order levels.
• Adjusts drafts or thermostatic controls to regulate oven temperature.
• Provides guest service according to Six Flags standards when serving guests or guiding staff.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety in the work area according to guidelines.
• Meets scheduling availability including nights, weekends, and holiday periods.
• Meets attendance requirements as per policy.
• Adheres to Rules of Conduct including grooming standards.
• Other duties may be assigned.
