Job summary

City of St. George is seeking a Park Attraction Lead Attendant to manage day-to-day operations at Thunder Junction All-Abilities Park. You will lead a team, oversee trains, cashiers, and operators, and participate in upkeep, safety, and event execution.

Youll also help run programs, support volunteers, and ensure the park remains welcoming and secure. Weekend/evening hours may be required.

Qualifications

• When education is not required, applicants must be 17 years or older.
• Experience in recreation or supervisory roles is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the work of part-time Park Attraction Attendants, Cashiers and Ride Operators during shifts.
• Provide leadership by taking charge of specific parts of an assigned program, event, or facility operation.
• Help run youth programs, adult programs and/or special events as needed.
• Assist in training Park Attraction Attendants, Park Cashiers and Ride Operators.
• Ensure safety and security of supplies; report equipment needs to management.
• Open/close the facility and manage money handling duties.
