Job summary

The Florida Department of Environmental Protection's Topsail Hill Preserve State Park in Santa Rosa Beach is seeking an OPS Park Attendant. You will perform housekeeping, cabin cleaning, and general facilities upkeep to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for overnight guests.

The role requires the ability to operate basic tools and landscape equipment, provide high-level customer service, and work Sundays and Mondays as part of rotating shifts. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Experience in housekeeping and basic maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and light equipment.
• Basic computer skills for short reports.

Responsibilities

• Clean cabins to provide a safe, welcoming environment for overnight guests.
• Perform housekeeping tasks including mopping, bathrooms, laundry, and linen handling.
• Assist with general maintenance and inspections of facilities and equipment.
• Operate vehicles and landscape equipment as needed.
