Job summary

Grace Communion International is seeking a Digital Content Developer to create and deliver video and digital media from concept to finish. The role collaborates with the Media Team to plan, produce, and distribute content for studio, events, and online platforms, ensuring high-quality outputs that align with the church’s mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of professional experience in video, marketing, communications or related field, or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Apps.
• Proficient in multiple social platforms and Wordpress CMS.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro CC and other Adobe products.
• Demonstrated ability to produce video from concept to finished product.
• Experience with camera, sound, and lighting equipment.
• Knowledge of production safety standards and risk assessments.
• Experience with image manipulation and motion graphics software.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Media Team to plan, develop, and distribute projects.
• Produces, directs, shoots, and edits video content for studio, events, and promotions.
• Creates digital media projects from concept to finish across channels and audiences.
• Edits and ensures quality of digital denominational communications.
• Maintains digital archive of produced materials.
• Communicates with leaders domestically and internationally to develop content and grow viewership.
