Job summary

St. Timothy Roman Catholic Parish Mesa is seeking a Coordinator of Music to lead the parish music ministry within liturgies.

The role reports to the Director of Liturgy and collaborates with the Pastor, staff, and volunteers to craft liturgical music that honors Catholic worship. The incumbent will arrange and provide music for weekend Masses and holy days, recruit and train volunteers, manage rehearsals, and oversee copyright licenses and music resources.

Qualifications

• Active Catholic in good standing with the Church.
• Strong knowledge of Catholic liturgy and music.
• Experience leading music for Masses and choirs.
• Able to train and coach volunteers and musicians.

Responsibilities

• Develop vision and direction of parish music within liturgies.
• Provide music for weekend Masses, Holy Days, and parish events.
• Oversee rehearsals, volunteers, and music resources.
• Renew copyright licenses and manage music budgets.
