Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field; 3+ years’ experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret journals, articles, and periodicals.
• Ability to present publicly.
• Must adhere to Diocesan Policy for communications.

Responsibilities

• Gathers, synthesizes, and creates reports on statistical analysis, including website and social media analytics.
• Manages all content and tracks analytics for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
• Creates compelling graphics for social media using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Writes, designs, and releases weekly newsletters to parishioners as directed by supervisor.
• Maintains and updates the parish website, including calendar changes and directory updates.
• Creates, proofs, and publishes written and visual content for the news/blog parish website.
• Develops and executes marketing campaigns that generate interest and participation.
• Designs and manages the weekly bulletins for weekend Masses.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
