Responsibilities

• Perform daily bookkeeping tasks such as recording financial transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and reconciling bank statements.
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support decision-making by parish leadership.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
• Collaborate with external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
