The YMCA of Metropolitan Atlanta is seeking a Parents’ Morning/Night Out Attendant to provide a safe, engaging environment for children ages 2-14 under the guidance of the Program Director.
Responsibilities include planning activities, modeling YMCA values, and communicating with parents. Candidates should be 18+ with child-care experience and current CPR/First Aid; background check and drug testing are required.

Under the direction of the Program Director, the Parents’ Morning/Night Out Attendant is responsible for providing a safe and attentive environment for program participants and achieving the goals of the program through planning and implementation of activities which provide guidance, leadership, education and enjoyment for children served by the each program.
Ability to plan, lead and participate in a range of activities in a variety of indoor/sport settings. Must have the ability to climb, walk, run, stoop, squat or kneel. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and carry equipment to appropriate destinations or affect the carrying of such equipment. Ability to use senses which enable safe supervision of children including seeing and/or hearing.
