Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in operations or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment and support HSE goals.
• Ensure training and adherence to safety, GMP, and procedures.
• Lead line operations, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive improvements.
• Coach hourly staff and ensure proper technique in isolator/Grade C areas.
• Support commissioning, qualification, and site readiness activities for new operations.
• Oversee shop floor execution aligned with business plan and quality systems.
