Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership on the manufacturing floor with emphasis on safety, quality, and productivity.
• Maintain a safe work environment and support HSE goals.
• Act as administrator and technical leader for operations.
• Train operators and ensure proper procedures and quality systems are followed.
• Operate equipment to meet production schedules and troubleshoot issues.
