Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.

Position Type:

• Parent Shift/Part-time Day - minimum availability 6am-2pm, 10:30am-1:30pm, 11am-2pm
• 16+ yrs Part-time Night - minimum availability 5pm - 11pm
• 14-15yrs Part-time Night - minimum availability 4pm-7pm

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Greeting guests, taking and finalizing orders, suggestively selling, preparing and refreshing beverages, communicating specific customer needs to kitchen, delivering meals to guests
• Cleaning equipment and floors, stocking, preparing store for peak periods
• Knowledgeable of menu items and their ingredients and knowledgeable of how products are prepared
