Job summary

Stars Behavioral Health Group is seeking a Parent Partner for the Star View Teammates - High Fidelity Wraparound program in Lancaster, CA. This full-time, 40-hour week offers competitive pay and paid CEU opportunities, plus supervision for AMFT/ACSW/APCC hours where applicable.

The Parent Partner partners with families using lived experience to navigate systems, attend team meetings, strengthen family bonds, and find sustainable supports.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Personal experience as a consumer in the child welfare, probation, or mental health system.
• Lived experience as the parent or caregiver of a youth who received services.

Responsibilities

• Mentor parents and caregivers using peer support.
• Help families navigate Wraparound processes and prepare for meetings.
• Support family bonding and access to sustainable resources.
• Attend weekly Wraparound and Child/Family Team meetings.
