Children & Families of Iowa is seeking a visionary Program Coordinator to lead the Parent Partner Program. You will mentor and guide a statewide network of Parent Partners, ensuring program excellence and strong partnerships with human service professionals across Iowa.

You will collaborate with the Statewide Director and Operations Coordinator to align activities with the Iowa Parent Partner Approach, providing effective leadership, coordination, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 5 years of child welfare or human services experience.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field with relevant experience preferred.
• Iowa Parent Partner Coordinator Certification must be obtained within six months of hire.
• Strong writing skills; court reports/testimony experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Implement the Iowa Parent Partner Approach, Governing Philosophy, Policy and Protocol Guide.
• Recruit, retain, and support a team of Parent Partners across the service area.
• Provide monthly one-on-one coaching and support to Parent Partners.
• Ensure compliance with referral, documentation, and reporting processes.
• Schedule and facilitate monthly clinical support meetings for the Parent Partner team.
• Monitor tasks using standardized checklists and calendars.
• Provide training opportunities and oversee data entry and program tracking.
• Collaborate with HHS and participate in required meetings and events.
• Work with QA staff to ensure timely and complete data entry.
