Premier Swim Academy seeks an energetic early childhood development professional to teach Parent and Me swim lessons for children aged 4 months to 36 months. You’ll blend early education milestones with water activities, following our curriculum, in a fun and educational environment.
The role emphasizes safety on deck, clear parent communication, and providing exceptional customer service while maintaining program cleanliness.
$20.00 - $23.00/hour
Year‑round, Part‑time, Hourly. This role flexes between 1.5 hr–10 hr/week based on seasonal demand. Minimum availability needed: Saturdays 9:00 am–11:30 pm consistently.
Premier Swim Academy is looking for a fun, energetic, and experienced early childhood development professional to join our team. Our Parent and Me program helps children ages 4 months to 36 months hit important developmental milestones while learning to swim. If you’re ready to make a splash in young lives and help parents grow their young swimmers, this role is perfect for you.
Be ready to teach for up to 15 hours a week and interact with children. Occasionally, you may need to lift a child or swim lesson equipment (up to 50 pounds). The pool you will be working at is outdoors and heated to 85 degrees year‑round. Swim programs run rain or shine – but it’s always fun!
