This role involves attending meetings and providing support as necessary while maintaining compliance with all documentation requirements. A background in child protective services and willingness to engage in training is essential. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with child protective services or foster care case management.
• Ability to promote engagement with parents in case activities.
• Willingness to share parenting experiences and facilitate groups.

Responsibilities

• Provide services following MFT contract requirements.
• Work with parents to promote engagement in case activities.
• Attend required trainings within the agency.
• Help maintain connections between parents and children.
• Assist parents in identifying and advocating for their needs.

Skills

CPS case experience

Flexibility to work irregular hours
