Exol is seeking a Transportation Senior Analyst in Tampa, FL to coordinate daily Parcel and LTL activities across our fulfillment network. You will work with Manhattan TMS, carriers, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and accurate cost reporting.

The role requires 5+ years in transportation planning, strong problem-solving and stakeholder management, and proficiency in Excel. Travel up to 25% may be required. Exol offers a base range of $77,000 to $105,600 per year.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, or related field preferred or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in transportation planning, load optimization, routing, dispatch, or logistics operations.
• Working knowledge of FTL and LTL transportation, tendering, capacity management, pickup and delivery execution, and carrier service requirements.
• Experience utilizing Transportation Management Systems, preferably Manhattan Active TM.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with carrier scorecards, operational data, and performance metrics.
• Experience managing multi-origin, multi-stop routing and freight consolidation activities.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily Parcel and LTL transportation activities, including shipment processing and carrier selection.
• Serve as primary operational contact for Parcel and LTL carriers and manage issues.
• Monitor shipment status, delivery exceptions, and POD, coordinating recovery actions.
• Support Retail Consolidation transportation activities, including planning and coordination.
• Maintain data accuracy across TMS and carrier platforms; review freight charges and discrepancies.
• Track KPIs and identify opportunities to improve carrier performance and efficiency.
