Speedbox LLC in Broomfield, CO, is hiring delivery drivers for its Amazon DSP network. Drive a company van, deliver 150–250 packages per shift, and work a four‑day schedule, with two days off. Starting pay is $25.50 per hour, plus a $1.00 per stop rescue bonus and weekly pay.

Typical Daily Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle (cargo van or step van) following all road and fleet safety guidelines.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle safety inspections daily.
• Navigate designated routes efficiently using handheld GPS and logistics software.
• Deliver an average of 150–250 packages per shift directly to customer doorsteps, residential lockers, and commercial buildings.
• Maintain an energetic pace while climbing in and out of the vehicle up to 200+ times per day.
• Handle customer packages with care to uphold delivery quality standards.
• Assist teammates with rescue stops when your route is completed ahead of schedule.

Shift & Schedule Details

• Shift Hours: 11:00 AM – 9:30 PM (approximately 10-hour shifts).
• Work Week: Full-time schedules run up to 4 days per week (30–40 hours total).
• Weekend Requirement: All full-time schedules require regular availability for at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).

Qualifications

Candidate Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle driving record.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to lift, push, and maneuver packages up to 50 lbs independently.
• Ability to walk, bend, lift, stretch, and climb stairs continuously throughout a 10-hour shift in various Colorado weather conditions.
• Strong attention to safety, time management, and team communication.
• Prior delivery, courier, warehouse, or logistics experience is a plus, but not required—full paid training is provided.
