On Time Logistic in Sedalia, MO is hiring delivery drivers to join our Amazon DSP team. You will drive a company vehicle, deliver packages on time, and provide excellent customer service daily.

We offer stable shifts, competitive pay at $21.50 per hour, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401(k), PTO, and paid training. Eligible associates can receive performance incentives and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening.
• Must have a clean motor vehicle record.
• Must have good English speaking, reading, writing and communication skills.
• Must be capable to lift packages up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Successfully handle and deliver packages on time.
• Safely drive and perform safety inspections on Company vehicle and follow laws/policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Keep pace in a physically demanding job and work in all weather conditions; lift packages up to 50 lbs.
• Communicate effectively with support team to ensure deliveries are completed.
• Use smartphone for GPS navigation, scanning packages, clocking in/out, and communicating with team.
• Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle.
• Support the team in daily work requirements including rescue calls when needed.

Job Description

Compensation: $21.50/hr.

Shifts:

• 8-12 hour shifts are typical.
• 3- 4-day workweek.
• Shifts available 7 days a week.
• A minimum of 2 paid 15-minutebreaksduring your shift and 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break.

• Communicate effectivelywith support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed
• Usesmart phone devicefor GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members
• Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle
• Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their route

Qualifications

• Must beat least 21 years old
• Must have held state driver’s license for at least4 years
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must pass a4-Panel Drug Screening
• Must have aclean motor vehicle report(multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)
• Must have good English speaking, reading, writing /communicationskills
• Must be capable toliftpackages (up to 50 lbs)
• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
