Job summary

Ste Logistic Solutions LLC in Melbourne, FL is seeking motivated delivery drivers to join our DSP team for Amazon packages. You’ll operate company cargo vans, navigate routes, and provide friendly service to customers while meeting safety standards.

The role requires a valid license, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a willingness to work 4–5 days per week with weekend shifts. Training is provided, and PTO plus health benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• English speaking, or as a second language required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience as a delivery driver or similar role is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with GPS navigation & route planning.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stay physically active throughout the shift.
• Strong customer service skills and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Drive company cargo vans to transport packages safely.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Driving company cargo vans to transport packages safely and efficiently.

• Handling loading and unloading of packages (up to 50 lbs.) and different sizes.
• Providing excellent customer service with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Using Amazon Flex App mobile and tracking systems to confirm deliveries and record details. Deliver 350 PACKAGES PER DAY.
• Conducting routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and reliability.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

Must be at least 21 Years old.

Pay: $22.25 per hour

Schedule: 4-5 days per week, weekends are required***
