Job summary

DHL eCommerce is seeking an eCommerce Project Engineer to drive parcel automation projects across the network. You will execute upgrades, retrofits, and new installations, while analyzing data and supporting automation systems, reporting, and layout development for sorting and material handling.

The role is hybrid and based in a distribution center, with responsibilities spanning project management, cost tracking, and collaboration with Operations, Engineering, and Vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Systems or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2 years of work experience required, 3+ years preferred.
• Experience in statistical methods is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 35% or as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support parcel sorter initiatives, including upgrades, retrofits, and new installations.
• Coordinate project schedules, action items, and milestone tracking.
• Interface with Operations, IT, vendors, and Engineering to support execution and issue resolution.
• Support robotics initiatives where needed, including stationary and mobile robotics.
