MTM Transit is hiring an entry-level Paratransit Shuttle Bus Driver (Non-CDL) in Gilbert, AZ. Train classes start weekly. The role involves safe, on-time transportation with emphasis on customer service and accessibility. You’ll work full-time with benefits and paid training.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 21+, valid US driver’s license for 3+ years, and the ability to pass DOT physical and drug screen. Training starts soon; location at 436 S Hamilton Ct, Gilbert.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License for the past 3 years.
• Must be able to pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening.
• No DUI or DWI convictions in the past 10 years.
• Background and Motor Vehicle Record checks required.
• No reckless driving in the past 5 years.
• No more than 1 moving violation in last 3 years.
• No license revocation in the past 3 years post reinstatement.

Responsabilités

• Provide safe and reliable transportation to passengers.
• Demonstrate excellent defensive driving skills.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist passengers with loading and unloading.
• Assist with mobility devices and securement as required.
• Ensure on-time pick-up and drop-off.
• Show sensitivity to needs of older adults and people with disabilities.
• Complete vehicle pre-trip and post-trip inspections and related paperwork.
• Utilize tablets or electronic devices as required.
