Responsibilities and Skills:

• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about schedules, routes, transfer points, and delays.
• Maintain a high standard of safety, complying with all traffic laws and transit regulations. Ability to operate safely in all weather conditions and drive continuously for at least 1 hour and 45 minutes.
• Demonstrate professionalism, strong attendance, and punctuality.
• Use route navigation apps, two-way hands-free radios, and electronic logs effectively.
• Possess a clean driving record, CDL with Passenger endorsement, and Medical Certificate.
• Lift 45 pounds or more to assist with loading and unloading ADA passengers.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, working with operations to enforce them.
• High school diploma preferred, with at least one year of applicable experience.

Additional Information:

Some shifts may operate 24/7, including split shifts.
