First Student is hiring a Full Time Paratransit SEPTA Access Driver in Philadelphia, PA. We provide expert training to help you become a safe and professional driver with a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years.
• Seeking a full-time schedule.
• Enjoy working with people and driving.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport community members to and from appointments.
• Assist passengers boarding and alighting the vehicle.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Report mechanical issues promptly and keep the bus clean.
• Obey all traffic laws and company safety standards.
• Communicate with passengers, staff, and dispatch about delays or behavior.
• Demonstrate leadership and customer-service skills.
