Easton Coach Company Delaware Valley LLC is seeking a Paratransit Driver (Non-CDL) for day shifts in Philadelphia, PA. The role involves safely transporting riders via SEPTA paratransit services, following manifests, and assisting passengers as needed to ensure reliable transportation.

Paid training is provided at $18.00/hour, with pay increasing to $20.00/hour after training. Overtime is eligible after 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver's license in good standing for at least 2 consecutive years.
• Must meet MVR requirements and successfully complete a DOT physical and a drug screen.
• Drug screening includes marijuana.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport passengers as part of SEPTA paratransit service.
• Follow an assigned driver manifest with scheduled passenger pickups and drop-offs.
• Provide safe, courteous, and dependable transportation.
• Assist passengers as needed while entering and exiting the vehicle.
• Follow company, DOT, and passenger transportation safety procedures.
• Maintain professional communication with dispatch and operations staff.
