Via Mobility Services in Boulder, CO is seeking a Paratransit Driver to provide safe, door-through-door transportation for individuals with disabilities and special needs. You will work with dispatch to follow schedules, communicate clearly, and ensure a welcoming, supportive experience for riders.

Qualifications

• Must be 19 years old or older with a high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Possess a valid Colorado Driver's License in good standing.
• Reliable work history with strong punctuality and attendance.
• Greet passengers and maintain a safe environment.
• Must pass & maintain DOT & job skills physical, random drug testing, and ongoing Motor Vehicle Records checks.

Responsibilities

As a Paratransit Driver you will safely operate a paratransit vehicle and transport passengers across the Boulder and Denver metro area, while adhering to Via's Standard Operating Procedures. In this role you will work closely with dispatch on scheduling and routes where you will be responsible for communicating and assisting passengers with disabilities and special needs.

We have the two full time routes available:

• Four 10 hour shifts Monday-Friday approximately 7:00am - 5:30pm (hours may vary)

Starting pay is $22.61 per hour with annual increases, with opportunity for safety bonuses.
