Job summary

Via Mobility Services in Denver seeks full-time Paratransit Drivers to safely operate paratransit vehicles and transport passengers across the Denver Metro area. You will greet passengers, ensure a safe environment, and assist riders with disabilities and special needs.

Starting pay is $24.11 per hour with annual increases and potential safety bonuses. Benefits include paid training, paid time off, comprehensive health coverage, a 403b plan, and more.

Qualifications

• 19 years old or older with a high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Possess a valid Colorado Driver’s License in good standing.
• Reliable work history with strong punctuality and attendance.
• Must pass & maintain DOT & job skills physical, random drug testing, and ongoing Motor Vehicle Records checks.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a paratransit vehicle and transport passengers across the Denver Metro area.
• Greet passengers and maintain a safe environment; assist passengers with disabilities and special needs.
• Coordinate with dispatch on scheduling and routes; adhere to Via’s procedures.
