Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years.
• Hold or be willing to obtain a NYS driver’s license.
• No more than 4 points on license.
• Seeking full-time schedule.
• Enjoy working with people and driving.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport community members to appointments, errands, and more.
• Assist passengers as they board and alight, and help with mobility aids.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections (brakes, lights, tires, exits).
• Report mechanical issues promptly and keep vehicle clean and sanitary.
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety standards.
• Communicate with passengers, staff, and dispatch about delays or behavior.
• Demonstrate strong customer service and leadership on the job.
